It’s been 7 months since I moved, yet the memory of work-outs with Alex stuck to this day. Santa Monica beach workouts were thrown on the house, and included engaging solo and group drills, boxing, medicine ball workouts. Alex was very engaging and able to easily oversee a group of 25+ people at a time, yet paying attention to individual needs. I also had the pleasure of having a 1-on-1 fitness lesson with Alex. Alex approached it very professionally, starting off with a whole body fitness assessment and devising an individualized plan targeted at my specific needs.
